Not a plastics-barrel controller. Use this line for water heating, not machine coils.

If you heat water or rooms, start here. If you heat a steel roll, barrel or furnace, use the induction cabinets and coils instead.

Coils and melting furnaces

Aluminum furnace
Motor-rotor die-cast aluminum, working temperature about 700 °C.
Zinc furnace
Zinc-alloy electromagnetic melting.
Roll coils
Paper dryer/calender; textile transfer print, embossing, drying, setting; printing/packaging lamination; plastics/rubber calender; film and composite hot-press; coating drums.
Bearing coil
Shrink-fit and hot removal.
Tire pyrolysis
Induction on waste-tire oil-refining reactor jackets.

Coil and furnace jobs are sized from the process, not from a catalogue kW. Send photos and temperature. See Applications.

How a unit is selected and run

We do not publish a generic button-by-button manual here. Hardware and firmware are set to the coil. What is the same on every industrial cabinet:

  1. Supply is 380 V / 50 Hz, 3-phase. Working frequency is about 12 kHz.
  2. Below 30 kW the power stage is half-bridge; above 30 kW it is full-bridge. Do not mix those classes for the same load.
  3. Cooling is forced air. Water-cool is optional on larger frames.
  4. Protection covers over-heat, over-current and coil short. Units are aging-tested. Complete-machine warranty is two years.
  5. Output current and inductance are matched to your coil at the factory. A coil from another maker needs its data, or we wind one.
  6. To quote we need: process, material, target temperature, what you heat with now and its kW, and any CE or local-code requirement.
